Built for people, not corporate profits.

Negotia™ is a financial education app designed to give you direct access to industry settlement strategies, budget guidance, and a clear understanding of your rights when negotiating with collectors.

Many people don't know that collectors often accept less than the full balance owed—especially during genuine financial hardship. Negotia walks you through this process.

App Features:

  • Settlement Range Calculator - Industry-standard data showing what creditors typically accept at different delinquency stages
  • Budget Assistant - Calculate realistic monthly room for settlement offers
  • Hardship Assistant - Document your circumstances clearly and effectively
  • Call Guide Builder - Step-by-step scripts and negotiation strategies
  • PDF Export - Take your complete negotiation manual with you
  • Your Rights - Understand FDCPA protections and statute of limitations

What Negotia is NOT:

  • Not legal advice
  • Not a debt settlement company
  • Not a credit counseling service
  • Doesn't negotiate for you

What does Negotia do?
Negotia helps you prepare to talk to creditors about reducing what you owe. The app provides templates, settlement range data, budget tools, and step-by-step guidance for negotiation calls.

Is this legal advice?
No. Negotia provides educational information and strategic guidance, but it is not legal advice. For legal matters, especially if you've been sued or received court papers, consult with a qualified attorney immediately.

What types of debts can I negotiate?
Negotia works with unsecured debts like credit cards, personal loans, medical bills, store accounts, payday loans, private student loans, and utility bills. It does NOT work with secured debts (mortgages, active auto loans), tax debts, child support, or debts involved in active lawsuits.

Why would creditors accept less money?
Creditors often prefer getting something rather than nothing. If you can't pay the full amount anyway, they'd rather get a partial payment now than spend money trying to collect the full amount later.

Is my financial information safe?
Yes. All your data stays on your device. Negotia does not collect, store, or transmit your personal financial information. No accounts, no tracking, no data sharing.

Will this hurt my credit?
Negotia itself doesn't affect your credit. However, if you're already behind on payments or negotiate a settlement, those actions may impact your credit score. The app helps you understand these consequences before you proceed.

Can I get my data back if I delete the app?
No. Since all data is stored locally on your device, deleting the app will delete your data. That's why we include PDF export—so you can save your work outside the app.

Where can I download Negotia?
Negotia is available on the Google Play Store for Android devices. [iOS version coming soon]
